This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Founder's Brain and how we use it, specifically regarding data flowing through Meta (Facebook) API & Webhook integrations.

1. Information We Collect via Webhooks

When our platform integrates with Meta services (such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, or Facebook Lead Ads), we securely process real-time structural webhooks. This data includes:

• Basic identity info (Full Names, WhatsApp Business Profile configuration identifiers).
• Interaction messages, media payloads, or user form entries processed to trigger active automations.
• System environment states necessary to successfully interface with your endpoint apps.

2. How We Use Your Data

We leverage webhook event parameters solely to execute user-requested automations inside your n8n workflows, CRM mapping, and custom databases. We strictly ensure that:

• Data is encrypted both in transit (using HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest.
• Your business data is never sold, leased, or distributed to any third-party marketing network.

By accessing and deploying the automation nodes or live endpoints provided by Founder's Brain (foundersbrain.io), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and adhere to all strict platform guidelines enforced by our parent company, Lappse Agri and Food Innovation Pvt Ltd.

Usage Compliance Rules

1. You must strictly follow Meta Developer Policies and ensure all customer interaction consent protocols are cleanly met.
2. You are explicitly barred from mapping our endpoints or webhooks to process spam, phishing operations, or malicious transactional payloads.
3. We hold the outright privilege to pause active API node traffic if an unauthorized pattern or explicit data breach is flagrantly detected on the client side.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Founder's Brain deeply respects user data privacy and data control policies. If you have integrated our application with your Meta/Facebook business assets and wish to completely remove the application connection and wipe out any associated transactional traces, you can do so easily by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook profile or Facebook Business Manager, then go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Navigate over to the left-hand menu pane and click directly on Apps and Websites.
3. Locate the Founder's Brain application inside the active listings matrix and click the Remove option.
4. Confirm the secondary validation pop-up request to remove any residual linkages.

Direct Data Erasure Requests

If you wish to have all stored metadata or pipeline operational payloads entirely wiped clean directly from our operational cloud environments permanently, please send an explicit email request from your registered profile directly to our technical desk at: solutions@foundersbrain.io.

Our operational framework administrators will validate the request and cleanly flush your systemic profile data from our live automation server buckets within 48 hours of ticket placement.
